Emma Jane Howington Pierce died Saturday morning, May 26, 2012 in Conyers at her home. She is predeceased by her sister, Virginia Toney, brother Leon Howington, and sister Joanne Tucker. Jane retired from MARTA in 1994 and was loved by many friends and family. She is survived by her son, Marty Pierce and wife Yvonne, grandson Benjamin, son Matt Pierce, and granddaughter Emily, and daughter, Tracey Perkins and husband Jeff, and grandsons, Joshua and wife Ashley, Jason and wife Rebecca, and granddaughter Katy Perkins. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. in the Horis A. Ward Rockdale Chapel on Tuesday May 29, 2012. Pastor Stan Jordan will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 1 hour prior to the service
