

A Native of New York, he retired from Smith Barney and Robert Hall after 28 years of dedicated service. Harold was a member of the Rifleman’s Association. A self-proclaimed “flautist” and avid sports fan. He was also an Artist who enjoyed painting and listening to Jazz.
Harold was pre-deceased by his parents and his grandson, Albert Varona IV. He is survived by his wife, Regina Heyward of Conyers, GA; (9) children Noreen (Albert III), Wade (Betty), Glenn (Acacia (Keisha)), Mark, Dale, Alicia (Norman), Hope (Joseph (Terrance)), Dawn and Kimekia. 28 Grandchildren, Shereen (Derwin), Kevin, Teresa, Latisha, Valerie, Glenn Jr., Reynard, Jaleesa, Mike, Desmond, Diamond, Jessica, Dale Jr., Ashley, LaShonda, Tiffany (Bernard), Jennifer, Maurice, Eisia, Isiah, Joseph Jr., Danielle, Jeremy, Dayanna, Jarelle, Karsha, Kevin Jr. and Elijah; 7½ Great-grandchildren, Desiree, Shanice, Derwin Jr., Sean, Niya, DJ and Tyrese; (2) sisters; Rasheedah and Lillian (Leonard); (2) Brothers; Ronald and William, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.

Memorial services will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2013, at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, Horis A.
