Mary Jane Lyle

Mary Jane Lyle, age 84, of Conyers, passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2011. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 29, 2011, at Horis A. Ward’s Rockdale Chapel with Rev. Mike & CeCe Nickolich officiating. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta.

Jane was a member of Ebenezer UMC in Conyers for many years.

She is survived by her son, Ewell (Petra) Lyle of Albany, GA; daughter, Suzanne (Charles) Westbrook of Albany, GA; grandchildren, Nichole Elkins of Bowling Green, OH, Josh (Alicia) Lyle of Lawrenceville, Jason (Kimberly) Westbrook of St. Augustine, FL, Cheryl Westbrook of Jacksonville, Fl; 7 great-grandchildren; sisters, Mildred Ward of Savannah, Fay Phillips of Barnesville, Elaine Hadden of Buford; long-time friend and caregiver, Teresa Trent and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Lyle was preceded in death by her husband, Thurman “Buck” Ewell Lyle, Sr.; daughters, Barbara and Karen Lyle.
