Allen Ray Pratt

Allen attended day care in Sacaton and graduated from Casa Grande Union High School in 2020. He worked for the Boys & Girls Club in Sacaton where he was nominated for “Youth of the Year” in 2019. Lastly ending his career with Gila River Indian Community-Community Services Department in D2 as a Recreation Aide.

Allen enjoyed all kinds of sports. He was an avid collector of baseball, football and basketball cards, he even collected shoes. His favorite hobby was he loved to go to the casino.

Allen was a devoted family man who loved his daughter Verlynn dearly. Allen was seen as a gentle giant who treated everyone with kindness and respect. He was never angry and had a smile that could light up any room. His caring spirit, sense of humor and his love for others will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him. In 2023 Allen became the proud father of his pride and joy Verlynn Rae Pratt.

Allen is survived by his daughter Verlynn Rae Pratt; his parents; his siblings Luis Romero IV, Jordan Pratt, Amare Pratt, Jeremy Laborin, Jayden Laborin Andre Osife, Natalie Osife, Jordan Laborin, Ciana Laborin and Cimmarron Laborin.

Allen’s life was a testament to kindness, love and service to others. A devoted father, son, brother, cousin, nephew, grandson and friend, he touched countless lives through his caring and generous heart. His gentle spirit, infectious smile and love for his family and his community will remain a legacy. While his passing leaves a tremendous void in our lives, to those who loved him, we take comfort in knowing we’ll keep his memory alive. Allen will forever hold a special place in the hearts of his family, friends and his community.
