Charlotte was a loving mother who, though sometimes strict, always wanted what was best for her children. She had a joyful spirit and loved to laugh and joke with those around her. Music brought her great happiness, and she enjoyed listening to a wide variety of artists, especially Vicente Fernandez, Ramon Ayala, and Elvis Presley.
She found peace and joy in traveling throughout Arizona, with a special love for Payson, where she cherished the beauty of the trees. Charlotte also had a gift for gardening and was known for her green thumb, nurturing trees, plants, and flowers with care and pride.
She is survived by her children, Gilbert Terrazas Jr., Sonja Wilson, and Hector Rocha, and her sister, Diana Villa.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two children; and her siblings, Dolores, Carlotta, Gerald, Willis, Philivia, Norman, and Harley.
