Devin was a very caring funny individual with a heart of gold. He loved music and spending time with his family and friends. Devin was such a charismatic young man who held so much devotion to those he loved. When he loved, he loved deeply.
He is survived by his Great Grandmother Katherine Lewis, Grandmother Joyce White, mother Michelle Pahona, Father Kevin DeLowe, Stepmother Della DeLowe, Brother Isaiah DeLowe, sister Gabrielle DeLowe, and everyone at "The House".
He is proceeded into death by his Grandfather Armond DeLowe and Grandmother Dolly Jackson.
Wake will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday September 5, 2025 at the family residence in Maricopa. Service will be held on Saturday September 6, 2025 at 5 a.m. at Casa Blanca Assembly of God. Burial to follow at Vah Ki Cemetery.
