Jaque is survived by her fiancé: Floyd Francisco; her children: Serenity Lewis, Preston Patrick and Crystiana Parras; her siblings: Raina Lewis, Lone Arrow Lewis, Garin Thomas and Delton Brown III; her grandchildren: Jasmine and Kay Patrick, Marcelo and Silesia Ruvalcaba; two nieces, Christen Jones and Sadie Brown, and one nephew, Damien Williams.
She is preceded in death by her son, Gabriel R. Lewis and her parents.
