Jesse Manuel Valdez

Jesse Manuel Valdez, beloved father, partner, brother, and friend, passed away on October 26, 2025, at the age of 34. He was born on December 5, 1990, in Phoenix, Arizona, and was a proud resident of Laveen, Arizona.

Jesse was born to Gilbert Valdez and Jessica Grant. He was an extraordinary father and a devoted companion whose kindness and humor touched everyone he met. A graduate of Eastern Arizona College, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree, Jesse was known for his intelligence, determination, and vibrant personality. Anything he set his mind to, he accomplished.

Jesse had a zest for life and enjoyed spending time doing the things he loved most—binge-watching his favorite shows, attending concerts, visiting casinos, and traveling to new places. He found peace in nature, whether hiking in the mountains, exploring new trails, or camping under the stars.

Jesse is survived by his loving partner, Alexis Goldtooth; his children, Agianna and Israel Valdez; his stepchildren, Khiry and Andrew Kelewood; and his siblings, Mary, Yolanda, Robert, Gilbert, Johnny, and Christina. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert Valdez and Jessica Grant.

Jesse will be remembered for his strength, humor, and the love he shared so freely. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
