Marjorie had a lifelong passion for supporting and uplifting youth. Though she never had children of her own, she found her calling as an advocate for young people and devoted much of her life to their well-being. She served as a youth minister at her church, a role she cherished deeply. Marjorie was known for keeping her door open to anyone in need, offering thoughtful advice, and being an exceptional listener.
Her greatest pride and joy were her niece and nephew Katrina and Edwin Marrietta, and her granddaughter, Ryanna Antone, whom she lovingly took in and cared for. Marjorie was also a devoted sports fan, proudly cheering on the Arizona Cardinals and the University of Arizona Wildcats.
She is survived by her nephew, Edwin Marrietta; her niece, Katrina Marrietta; and her granddaughter, Ryanna Antone.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, Barney Sr. and Antoinette Peters; her sister, Gloria Peters; and her brother, Barney Peters Jr.
Marjorie Helen Peters will be remembered for her compassion, generosity, and unwavering dedication to the youth she loved so dearly.
