Known affectionately as "La Reina de acordeon y voz," Rachel was a talented musician who found pride and joy in her music. She loved to play and sing waila music, showcasing her skills on the drums, accordion, and vocals. Her passion for music was matched only by her love for animals, especially her cherished cats and chickens.
Rachel was a people person who always tried to make everyone around her happy. Her legacy is one of warmth and joy, leaving a lasting impact on those she encountered.
Rachel is survived by her father, Alexander H. Gomez, her siblings Paulette, Tim, Melissa, and her nephew Sean Lopez. She is preceded in death by her mother, Winifred Ann Antone, and her sister, Alexine Gomez.
