Anne M. Ebertowski, age 69 of Coon Rapids passed away 8/9. Preceded in death by her parents and angel grandbabies, and her father in law, Jack Skochenski. Survived by her husband Louis Ebertowski, children: Tara Ebertowski (Shiraan Cousin), and Shane (Jen) Ebertowski; step children: Angela Van Krevelen and Jason Ebertowski; eight grandchildren: Taylor (Justin), Maxx (Hannah), Olivia, Davon, Cooper, Talaan, Jovie, Shelby; and two great grandchildren Orrin and Harper; siblings: Nancy Cook, Douglas Cook, and Kathleen (Bob) Wallskog and many special friends that were like family to her.
Anne had a huge heart and was always willing to help anyone in need or crisis. To know her was to love her. Anne never met a stranger, she made friends at every opportunity she had. She worked in payroll for Longview Fibre for 30 years and made many friends who were like family to her. She was the glue of the family and took immense joy in gift giving and brightening the lives of others. She had her weekly trips to Marshalls and TJMaxx just to see if there was anything she “needed”. She had a room full of gifts for every occasion and gave freely. Her favorite times were spent with family and she loved Christmas and decorating for every holiday. She enjoyed traveling and new adventures with her family and especially grandchildren. Anne was the definition of a Mama bear, fiercely protective, but at the same time, she took no nonsense from her children either.
She loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren immensely and that love was reciprocated immensely. To say that she will be deeply missed is an understatement. She has left a hole in our hearts that will never be filled.
