Barbara Ann Klempke

She was preceded in passing by her son William; the love of her life, Douglas; her parents, Peter and Carol Schommer; grandson, Michael Coon; brother, Patrick Schommer; sister, Mary Cooper; a niece and two nephews.

Barbara is survived by her children, Dean (Joy), Larry (Susan), Robert (Luz), Vickie (Tom), and Anne (Sylvia); siblings, Joseph (Sharon) Schommer and Florence Cohen; 9 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren, 7 nieces; 4 nephews; and many extended family members and friends.

Join us to celebrate Barbara's life on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at Gearhart Funeral Home, 11275 Foley Blvd NW, Coon Rapids, MN. Visitation at 10 am, service at 11 am, with interment to follow at Morningside Memorial Gardens. Luncheon will be held at Gearhart from 12:30 - 2 pm.
