Bernie was such a wonderful man. He took such good care of my brother Steven when he was going through his cancer treatments. He took such good care of my mother; Dawn Jacobson throughout their marriage and during her struggle with cancer until the day she died.
Bernie had the gift of rocking my son Steven to sleep when he was unconsolable with his ear infections.  He was such a gentle soul.
Bernie made a difference in many people's lives.
