I had the privilege of working with Blake at Sherburne County and then again when I dispatched for him at Hennepin/Rogers. He was a truly wonderful man; he was hard working, fair and had a brilliant sense of humor. My heart breaks for his family, wife and kids. Holding you all up in light and love always. May his energy/spirit give comfort and keep you all safe.

Officer Blake Neumann was the most compassionate and caring police officer. He was the first to respond to the 911 call for our daughter and grandchildren’s mother. He tried to save her life.
He even came to our home after she passed and talked with us.
Officer Neumann you are loved and missed.
You will forever be in our hearts ♥️
Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.
My heart is broken for your wife and children 💔

To Blake's family & many friends,
May your memories of Blake comfort you always.
I was one of the lucky ones who had the opportunity to work with Blake at SCSO.
Blake had a dog named Lucy that he got as a pup from the same litter as my dog Rylee and they looked identical. We used to exchange stories about our dogs while at work.
Blake was such a nice man and excellent co worker.
He will be missed by many of us.
Rest in peace Blake.
Your friend,
Sandy Ryan

A week ago Monday I had late evening breakfast with Blake. He talked about the deep joy he felt reading to his daughter and simply being with his son. His children need to know his soul was full of joy when he was in their presents. Blake you are missed.
