He was preceded in passing by his beloved wife, Arlys Skaug; daughter, LeAnn; and granddaughter, Ann.
Chuck is survived by his children, Vicki (Brian) Severson, Steve (Darcie) Skaug; 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Join us to celebrate Chuck's life on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Gearhart Funeral Home, 11275 Foley Blvd NW, Coon Rapids. Visitation at 10 am, service at 11 am, and luncheon to follow. Interment will take place at 1:30 pm at Morningside Memorial Gardens, 11800 University Ave NW, Coon Rapids.
