Diane Nichols, age 74, of Coon Rapids, MN, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2025. She is preceded in death by husband, Ron Nichols; parents, Vernon and Mary Dokken; and sister, Debbie. She is survived by children, Kevin (Heidi), Jara (Dan); grandchildren, Andrew, Ella, Riley; brother, Dennis; and further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Diane retired from US West after a 30 year career. She found joy in bowling, cooking, watching her grandchildren play sports, time spent at the casino, and enjoyed political discussions. But above all, time spent with her family was her greatest joy.
Funeral service is on Monday, April 14 at 12 PM with visitation 10 AM until time of service. All at Gearhart Funeral Home (11275 Foley Blvd NW, Coon Rapids) Interment Morningside Memorial Gardens.
