Eugene "Gene the Blind Guy" Johnson

Died peacefully on February 9, 2022

Preceded in death by his parents, Woody and Helen; and his two toes.

Survived by his wife, Carol; daughters, Deby, Pamela (Ivan); son, Erik (Kris); grandchildren, Sam, Ethan, Micheal (Marie) and their children, Cadence and Burton; adopted daughters, Heather and her son, Trygve, Michaela and her son, Elijah; brother, Wayne (Bonnie).

Gene was kind hearted. He had a great sense of humor and could always make you laugh.

Celebration of Life Gathering will be from 2pm – 5pm on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at Gearhart Funeral Home (11275 Foley Blvd. NW., Coon Rapids).

In lieu of flowers, memorials requested to a Food Shelf or Animal Humane Society of donor’s choice.
