Born on October 25, 1977, in Anoka, Jeffrey lived in Coon Rapids, Minnesota.
He was preceded in passing by his father, James Rasch and mother, Linda Rasch.
Jeffrey is survived by his brother, Gregory Rasch; aunts, Barbara (Dave) Walters, Pam (Tim) Barrett, Pat (Jim) Carlson; uncle, David (Therese) Rasch; nephew, Amari Rasch; many cousins and good friends from his group homes (most recently, New Hope Living in Coon Rapids).
Please join us to honor Jeffrey on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at Sunset Funeral Home, 2250 St Anthony Blvd, Minneapolis, MN. Visitation begins at 10 am with service at 11 am. We will leave in procession to Fort Snelling at 12:30 pm with interment there at 1:30 pm. If you are meeting us at the cemetery, please meet by 1:15 pm in Assembly Area #3.
