John was such a nice man, and always so upbeat! He was a precious member of my team, and I'll miss his sweet, smiling face!

So so very sorry to hear that John has passed away. I worked with him at BTT and in the field in Juvenile Probation. He was such a nice guy, quite a character. At BTT you could always count on John to get the kids and some staff into a basket ball game or a one one one game. We never called him "Jock" , we always called him "Hoopie" because he was always playing basket ball in one way or another. He was in such good shape because of his Jogging, that he could outlast even the kids in the court. We had some good times and some bad, the business was like that. He was always a professional and a supportive co- worker. I won't be able to make the service because of a previous meeting I have to be at. He so often talked about you kids and your mother in such a loving and proud way. He was a special kind of person. My sympathies to all of you and to John's extended family as well.

Always a smile on his face and love in his heart. With each phone call to Jock (no matter the reason for the call), he made you feel special, and like he was just waiting for your call.

What a sweet, sweet man. We will miss him (and those phone calls). May you rest now in peace Jock with Peggy by your side.
