Joshua Ralph Nichols

He is survived by his parents, Bruce and Kathie (Stenstrom) Nichols, sister Kirsten Owens, brother-in-law Michael Owens, nieces Audrey Andersen, Evelyn and Georgia Owens, Grandmother Darlene Stenstrom cousins, aunts and uncles, special friend Natalie Semlak and her family, many extended family members, friends, and co-workers. He was preceded in death by loving grandparents, Ralph and Marian Nichols and Arthur Stenstrom.

Josh loved life to the fullest – enjoying traveling, sporting events, concerts, spending time with family and friends, and sharing good food. The Nichols farm in Wisconsin held a special place in his heart as well as BWCA. He was a 1999 graduate of Blaine High School and 2010 graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Minneapolis. He was the Executive Chef at Moe’s American Grill in Mounds View at the time of his death and had worked in several restaurants in the Twin Cities and Duluth area.

He was proud of his home in St. Paul and the many projects he was working on. He was strong, smart, creative, artistic, loving, bold, loyal, and had a good heart. We will miss him dearly.

Celebration of his life will be held Saturday March 5, 2022, at Faith Lutheran Church, 11115 Hanson Blvd. NW, Coon Rapids, MN. 10:00 a.m. Visitation, 11:00 a.m. Service with luncheon to follow. Live streaming will be available https://www.faithlutherancr.org/
