Survived by her husband, Charles Jacobs; children, Beth Voytilla, Mike (Cristyna) Jacobs, Tom (Jenny) Jacobs, Mark Jacobs; grandchildren, Sarah, Brooke, Alisyn.
Funeral service 11 am Friday (4/8/16) at Peace Lutheran Church (20 Northdale Blvd. NW. Coon Rapids) Visitation 5-8 pm Thursday (4/7/16) at Gearhart Funeral Home (11275 Foley Blvd. NW. Coon Rapids) and one hour prior to the service on Friday at the church. Interment in the Morningside Memorial Gardens in Coon Rapids.
