Kathi was preceded in death by her parents, Verner and Iona Dillenburg; brothers, Michael and Steve.
Kathi will be deeply missed by her husband of 50 years, Eugene; children, Rachel (Brian) Yablon and Chris (Emily) Smith; grandchildren, Naomi and Maya Yablon, Calvin and Reed Smith; siblings, Nina, Mary, Tom (Anita), Joan, Gregg (Teresa); numerous nieces and nephews.
Kathi worked at Medtronic for 35 years. She liked to take trips to the casino, slots being her favorite game to play. She was active in several sports leagues. She golfed with her sisters and friends and she and Gene bowled together. She enjoyed the garden at her home. Above all else, Kathi loved being a mom and grandma.
Visitation will be held from 10am until time of service at 11:30am on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Gearhart Funeral Home, 11275 Foley Blvd NW, Coon Rapids, MN. Private burial at Morningside Memorial Gardens.
