Lynne Gay Paulson

Lynne was born at Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, MN to James and Beatrice Sullivan. Lynne attended Robbinsdale High School and later worked as a paraprofessional for IDS #16 Spring Lake Park for 34 years. Lynne enjoyed playing Rummikub, watching cooking shows, clipping recipes, doing her Cryptoquip puzzles from the newspaper, taking in the sunshine, and sharing her feisty spirit with loved ones.

Lynne is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Floyd Paulson; her children, Stephanie Paulson and Jeffrey (Kristine) Paulson; and her cherished grandchildren, James, Katy, Ashley, Jonathon, Haley, and Jenna. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, Audrey (Carlos) and Nancy; and her nephews, Shane, Brandon, Dale (Allene), Derek (Nina), Jim (Chris), Kenny (Yvette); niece, Denise (Blake) and many other family members and friends.

Lynne was preceded in death by her parents, James and Beatrice Sullivan; and sister, Joanne Hasse.

A Celebration of Lynne's Life will be held at Gearhart Funeral Home, 11275 Foley Blvd NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55448, on Tuesday, August 11th, 2026, with an open house visitation between 1:00-4:00 PM.
