Richard Bruce Compton, 82, passed away peacefully, June 16th, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.

Founder and owner of ERCOA Industries. He loved to hunt, fish, travel, and spend time with his loved ones. Dick is preceded in death by brother, Jim, and sister, Sheron.

He is survived by his loving partner of 30+ yrs, Lynn Beneke; and his children, Sherri (Jim) Compton, and Bruce (Lisa) Compton; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. A celebration of his life will be held Thursday, June 22, Gearhart Funeral Home, Coon Rapids. Visitation 6 pm. Service 7pm.
