I just heard of his passing today. I have had the pleasure to get to know Rick these past 4 years, he was our LabCorp courier. I always enjoyed our conversations. We haven't been able to talk like we used to this past year due to the COVID restrictions, but he would always acknowledge me by waving from afar. Even though it was only 4 years of knowing him, it only look a minute to see the big heart that he had. I would always give him a hard time about wearing shorts when it was below zero outside. He will truly be missed. My thoughts and prayers to his family and friends. He was a great man, kind hearted, beautiful smile, and beautiful person. - Marathon Health Staff. St Paul, MN

To the family:
There are no words for such a sudden loss. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. You’re in my thoughts and prayers. I want you to know what a joy it has been having Rick as a friend for more than 35 years. Know I’m here for you and thinking of you all the time.
If I only had five minutes
The day you passed away,
I would have had time to tell you
All the things I wanted to say.
I would have said THANKS!
Thanks for always being there
through thick and thin, and thick again.
There’s been lots of good, and some bad
There's been lots of happy and occasional sad.
You've been there through it all,
So THANKS for always being my friend!
The last time I talked to you,
I wish I would have known.
I would have said this to you
And kept you on the phone!
You will be forever missed!
It’s been a long day without you, my friend
And I’ll tell you all about it when I see you again.
