Age 50, of Coon Rapids, MN entered the loving embrace of her Lord and Savior on November 2, 2018. Robin was born June 8, 1968 at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, Goldsboro, NC. Raised in Star, NC, Robin graduated from East Montgomery High School before moving to Fort Walton Beach, FL to further her education. It was there she met and married her husband Daniel Grafton on February 22, 1992.

Robin was preceded in death by her Grandmother, Louise Reed; Mother, Thelma (Trixie) Cramm.

She leaves behind her Loving Husband, Daniel; two amazing Children, Jennah and Reed; her Dad, Robert (Becky) Reed; two Brothers, David Millward and Cody Reed; and Loving Family and Friends.

Robin loved life, and she lived it to the fullest. Her beloved husband Dan and her adoring children Jennah and Reed were her heart — she relished every minute she had with them. Robin was a homeschool mom and was very involved in the local homeschool co-op. She also found great joy in being a Youth Leader and delighted in spending time weekly with “her” kids. She took them under her wing and loved each one as if they were her own. Robin held nothing back at the seasonal youth retreats. It was not unusual for her to start a spontaneous dance party or bust out a rap song on the spot, all while drawing the students closer to Jesus.

Robin and Dan were very involved in their church communities throughout their 26 years of marriage. They participated in various Bible-studies, Alpha, and most recently in missional communities. Robin also kept the beat for many by playing the drums for Sunday morning Worship. Countless lives were touched through these ministries. Deeply loved by many, you didn’t just meet Robin, you experienced her. She could often be found in her kitchen cooking hushpuppies, corn bread, or one of her dear Grandmother’s cherished recipes for those she loved. One of her favorite places was her screen house, where she would sit amongst God’s creations and watch the butterflies, birds, and other small animals while drinking sweet tea and enjoying the breeze.

After a yearlong battle with stomach cancer, we celebrate Robin entering into the Kingdom, but will miss her greatly. We love you Robin — until we meet again.

Too many memories with the Grafton family to pick just one to share, but they will all be remembered deeply within my heart. Miss Robin was like a second mom to me and I am happy to have had her in my life. All the running around, various arts and crafts, sleepovers, and deep talks with Robin and Jennah I will always remember. She was kind, humble, and had a heart for spreading the name of Jesus. I know she instilled the same kindess and love she gave me in her children and Husband. Blessing to Mr. Dan, Jennah, and Reed, we love you all very much!- the McLaughlins

Where to start.....Robin was a ray of sunshine to many, a shinning light of Jesus's love to all, an encourager when she saw a person in need, funny, Oh my goodness she could make you laugh so hard that all your troubles disappeared, shared her talents freely, and most of all Robin loved deeply. I thank God for the time spent with her, dancing, praising and sharing our love of the south. My prayers are with y'all.

Robin,

You will always be remembered as my smiling and happy classmate. It was an honor being your friend and classmate at East Montgomery for four years! My heart is broken. You were always willing to lend a hand to anyone. What a nice and all around great person. I will forever miss you! Losing a friend and clsssmate is never easy but rest assured we will meet again one day. I love you and miss you. Prayers for your family!

Your friend and classmate,

Robin was just so much more to me than my niece. When I think of her I will always remember the good times we shared as she grew up in Star, NC.. To say she was beautiful is an understatement. She possessed both physical beauty and inter beauty... I will miss her, as I already do, but I rejoice knowing she is with our Lord and Savior... My thoughts and prayers are with you Dan, Jennah, and Reed.

As trite as it seems I can't think of Robin without thinking of badmitton; playing with the street lights on every summer night that she would come to visit. She taught me the game and now I'm teaching my son. It makes me smile in hard times to remember the fun we had on those days. I love you guys.
