Preceded in death by his parents, Hugo and Alice Strand; brothers, Reynold and Brian Strand; grandson, Noah Strand; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Raymond and Frances England; brother-in-law, Tom England; sister-in-law, Sylvia Strand.

Survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Dianne Strand; son, David Strand; daughter, Melissa (Bill) Steiner; grandchildren, Haley, Ellie (Tyler), Nicole, Joe, Allison, Matt; brother, Rodney Strand; brothers-in-law, Jim (Deb) England and Steve (Theresa) England; sisters-in-law, Cindy England and Betsy England and several adored nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Memorial Service 11:00 am Friday, January 9, 2025, at Peace Lutheran Church (20 Northdale Blvd. NW., Coon Rapids) with Visitation 10:00 am until time of service. Luncheon will follow the service at church.

Memorials preferred to Peace Lutheran Church or Disabled Veterans of America.
