Amanda’s greatest joy came from being a grandmother. She cherished every moment with her grandchildren — Aden Cruz, Erick McClendon, Mary McClendon, Julianna Cruz, Greyson Cruz, and Axel Carbajal — who brought endless light and happiness into her life.
She is also lovingly remembered by her siblings, Yolanda Carbajal, Delia Carbajal, Leonardo Carbajal, and Ricardo Carbajal, as well as many nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will miss her deeply. Her faithful pet, Rocky Cruz, was her constant companion and brought her great comfort and joy.
Amanda was a proud homemaker who found meaning and fulfillment in caring for others. Her home was a gathering place filled with warmth, delicious meals, and open arms. She loved family celebrations, quiet mornings with coffee, and moments spent sharing stories and laughter with the people she loved most.
