Barbara Ann Jorgensen

Barbara Ann Jorgensen, 79, of Copiague NY. Beloved wife of the late Ernest T. Jorgensen. Barbara and Ernest were truly in love from the day they married in 1966 until Ernest’s death in 2012. Barbara is survived by her Cherished children, Donna Harrigan (Kevin), Lisa Breen (John), Michael Jorgensen (Irene), and Laura Jorgensen-Kelly. Barbara was a proud grandmother and is survived by Ryan, Amanda, Brendan, Danny, Joey, David & Tommy. She is also survived by her beloved sister to Doris Slade (Robert), Robert Schultz, Ronald Schultz (Margaret) and the late Evelyn Reilly (the late John)

Barbara was an amazing host and loved to spend the holidays with her family. She was a deeply faithful woman and a devoted member of Our Lady of the Assumption RC Church in Copiague. Barbara was a very thoughtful person and was devoted to her family. She truly found joy in giving to others and sharing her blessings. It was impossible not to love her and she will be dearly missed by her family.

Friends and family may visit Sunday, June 8, 2025 at D’Andrea Bros Funeral Home, Copiague NY from 2:00-4:30 pm and 7:00 – 9:30 pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday June 9, 2025 at Our Lady of the Assumption RC Church, Copiague, NY at 9:45 am. Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
