Charles Grosso, a long-time resident of Copiague, passed on February 9th, at his home, at the age of 59.

Charles was born in Queens, to his late parents, Philip and Josephine. He was raised in Woodside and grew up in Copiague. Charles loved his family and friends, and enjoyed working on cars.

In addition to his parents, Charles is predeceased by his niece, Amanda Grosso. Surviving are his beloved family - his brothers - Philip and his sister-in-law, Luci; Mark; and Kenneth and his sister-in-law, Linda; his cherished nieces and nephews - Kathy (Joe) Felder, Philip (Ryan) Grosso, Nicholas (Jen) Grosso, Kenny Grosso, Derek Grosso , Alyssa Grosso and Joseph Grosso; and his great-nieces and nephews - Taylor Felder, Jaclyn Felder, Callie Grosso and Philip Grosso. He also leaves his dear friend, Maria Dionisio.

Family and friends will gather at the funeral home for visitation on Friday, February 15th, from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. At 7:45 p.m., the Catholic Wake Service will offered by Fr. Joseph of St. Martin of Tours Church. Cremation services are private.
