Chris was a Professor at LIU Post of Westbury (formerly C.W. Post). He is survived by his beloved family - his mother, Laura Anderson; his sister, Krishna Kumari Culver and brother-in-law, Janardana; his brothers - Steven Anderson, and Joe Anderson and sister-in-law, Lena; his nieces and nephews - Malati, Rama, Yogi, Jolena, John and Layla; and his partner, Jai Berg.
Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Thursday, August 20th, from 2-4:30 and 7-9:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, August 21st, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church in Massapequa. Interment will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Farmingdale.
