Dear Toni, Francesca and Veronica, my deepest condolences go out to you and the entire Vitiello family. There are a group of us that have been friends with David for approximately 40 years now. Even though we may not have spoken or seen each other for quite a while, that doesn't take away the love that we all feel and share for one another. I have so many wonderful memories of us growing up and hanging out everyday for years! When I heard of David's passing, I was absolutely devastated. I can't even begin to imagine how you, the girls and his family are feeling. I just would like all of you to know, that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Until we meet again and our group is reunited, Rest in peace my Dear Friend.
Love, Olga

I meet Dave in Miami we both were crew chiefs on was on gate D 10 and he was on gate D 14. Dave and I got to be close friends while in Miami . I remember how Dave and I used to give the supervisor a hard time. I transferd out of Miami and save stayed there. Then about 20 years later I transferred to DFW and when I heard he was coming to DFW it was like my old buddy was coming home. But Dave came in as a supervisor. When he got there is was WOW DUDE YOUR HERE. About a year went by and o went in to Dave’s office and we talked for awhile and pulled out this picture of a young man fishing on a boat and he ask me do you know who that is. And I sad no. He said that’s you .....bone head....o said to him that’s my buddy dave. Well I have had more respect for him than any other person at AA. So Dave this is your old buddy MD saying RIP you earned it. Hope to see you one day again bro love I kid.
