Eileen Schaefer

Eileen was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend whose kindness and compassion touched everyone who knew her. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert , whom she married in 1978. They shared 35 wonderful years together before Robert's passing in 2013.

Eileen leaves behind her loving children, Guy(Lisa), Karl, and Susan, who will forever cherish her unwavering love, guidance, and support. She was also a proud and devoted grandmother to many grandchildren, Jessica, Justine, Melissa, Theresa, Chasity, JJ and Gabby, each of whom held a special place in her heart.

She found great joy in life's simple pleasures, especially spending time in her garden and caring for her beloved dogs. Her home was always filled with warmth, love, and a welcoming spirit. Eileen was deeply caring, generous, and selfless, always putting the needs of others before her own. Her gentle nature and loving heart will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Eileen's memory will live through her family, the many lives she touched, and the love she shared so freely. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Visitation will be held at D'Andrea Bros.Funeral Home, 99 Oak Street, Copiague, NY 11726, US, on July 27, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
