

Frank, as he was lovingly known to all, was a Brooklyn native, having been born there to his late parents, Charles and Dorothy. He is a proud U.S. Army veteran, and in his work was a foreman with Local 3 - International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
Surviving are his children - his son, Francis T. Webster and daughter-in-law, Linda; his daughter, Mary House and his son-in-law, Wayne; his son, Charles Webster and his daughter-in-law, Michele; his son, Daniel Webster and his daughter-in-law, Linda; and his son, Edward Webster and his daughter-in-law, Gina; and his grandchildren - William Webster, Robert Webster, Taylor House, Hunter House, Cody Webster, Courtney Webster, Tyler Webster, Cory Webster, Jessica Webster and Shane Webster. Also surviving is his sister, Patricia Seaman; his daughter-in-law, Virginia Webster; and his fiancé, Maureen Bundrick.
Frank is predeceased by his son, William Webster; his grandson, Luke Bruno; and his wife, Rita Webster.
Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Monday, July 31st, from 2-4:30 and 7-9:30 p.m. During the afternoon hours, the Massapequa V.F.W. will conduct a service at 3:30 p.m. On Tuesday, the Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:45 a.m. at Maria Regina R.C. Church in Seaford. Interment, with Military Honors conducted by the U.S. Army Ceremonial Guard, will follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
