Herman Horowitz, 95 of East Meadow, New York passed away on March 2, 2016. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Funeral services for Mr. Horowitz will be held Jewish Memorial Chapel in Hempstead, New York at 12:00 Noon on Friday, March 4, 2016. Interment will take place immediately following services at Mount Hebron Cemetery.
