Jerzy was the beloved husband of the late Danuta. He was a devoted father to Zbigniew and his wife Anna, and a cherished grandfather to Emma. He is also survived by his brother Karol and was predeceased by his sisters Emilia and Jadwiga.
A visitation will be held at D'Andrea Bros. Funeral Home, located at 99 Oak Street, Copiague, NY 11726, on September 25, 2025, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Our Lady of Assumption Church, 1 Molloy St, Copiague, NY 11726, on September 26, 2025, from 9:45 am to 10:45 am. Jerzy will be laid to rest at St. Charles / Resurrection Cemeteries, 2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735, with a burial service on September 26, 2025, from 11:15 am to 11:45 am.
