He is survived by his beloved wife, Beth (nee Falkenberg); his parents, Frances (nee Smith) and the late Rocco; his sisters Donna Esp and her husband, Bob; and Janice Giafone and her husband, Ed; and his brother Paul, and his wife Diane.
Also surviving is his father-in-law Ira Falkenberg, his sister-in-law, Helen Coughlin; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his father, Rocco, Keith is predeceased by his mother-in-law, Helen Falkenberg.
Family and friends will gather at the D'Andrea Bros.Funeral Home on Monday, November 14th, from 2-4:30 and 7-9:30 p.m. On Tuesday, a Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption R.C. Church, Copiague, NY. Cremation will be private.
