Mr. Leonard Zella, of Copiague, L.I., died on Saturday, June 12th, at his home, surrounded by his beloved family.

He was a devoted husband of 70 years to Lena, a loving father to Margherite and Joe, and a beloved grandfather to Melissa, Jaimee, and Samantha. He was a kind friend to many and had a smile that would light up your heart. He enjoyed beach days at Tanner Park, he was a bocce champion and he loved his wife’s focaccia. He was a good man to all he will be forever missed.

Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 15th from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday, June 16th at St. Martin of Tours R.C. Church in Amityville at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Breslau Cemetery in Lindenhurst.

We remember Lenny as a kind and Considerate man who always had a smile on his face. He owned a food truck and would give George his pizzas 🍕 that were left over during the day and sometimes Pastries. George would help him on his cars He was a great neighbor and friend!!! May he Rest in Peace !Our thoughts and prayers go out to Lena,Marguerite, Joe & family..🙏🙏🙏

Lenny was and will always be loved by his friends and more friends at the Senior center of Tanner Park no Better player then Lenny such a good sport at anything he did Rest In Peace Lenny you will be Missed by Many
