My cousin and I go way back sometimes so far back I'm not sure it is real, or imaginary. If I could describe him it would be tradition, anarchy, love, emotion, heritage, anti-establishment, art, political awareness, Italiano, and with a devotion to all kinds of epicurean delights. His love of food was his forte, not only to prepare and indulge but to discuss the origins of spices, the various combinations and how they marry to delight the palate. If he invited you to dinner you could expect an array of spices, vegetables, meats, poultry and desserts. Dieting was a curse at his table. That was my cousin Noel But most of all I will miss our lengthy discussions on so many things but especially music, being a product of the sixties music was how our generation shared our thoughts and perceptions and Noel and I loved to share that love so many times. But I would be remiss if I did not mention his most recent political opinions. But don't worry I will leave that discussion for those who knew him, but you will need a sound proof room.
I love and will miss you cousin!
