I just came upon Rich's obituary.  I was speaking with another Aggie and we were discussing fried testicles. It made us think of Rich. He was the connoisseur of such delicacies. I was saddened to hear of his passing. I was in his first SUNY Farmingdale Class (Ag), Section 8. I saw him a few times in the Dale because we lived blocks away from each other.  Rich was a great teacher and I learn a lot from him. May he RIP.  He talked about his baby niece in our classes. Proud Uncle.

I met Rich in 1977 as one of his early students in Ag Sciences at SUNY Farmingdale. He was an amazing man whom I owe so much too! God Bless you Rich!

Professor Telloni was absolutely my favourite teacher in the entire program. i have never felt more loved, or pushed, or believed in from anyone as much as i did from him. Because of him i am still doing what i love, and now have faith in myself. He will always be in my heart.

I was especially saddened to read of Rich's passing, coming so soon after the death of my own brother and his high school friend.  My sympathy to the family on your loss. God be with you during this most difficult time.

Richard and I go way back to good old Admiral King High School. I always respected Richard as a person who one enjoyed being around.  We played football together. He was a sharing and very caring person. Also, I always admired his tremendous academic responsibility.  And it certainly did not surprise me that he achieve all of his academic degrees.  Richardl, may you rest in peace.
