Richard W. Tripoli

Richard was the proprietor of Trip’s Auto in Copiague, a staple of auto service to the community for over 40 years. He was born in Freeport to his parents, Jerry and Beverly. His passion in life was his work, which he truly enjoyed. When he had downtime, he could be found hunting, out on the water boating and all outdoor sports.

Surviving is his wife, Francesca (lovingly known as ‘the W’); and his children – Lisa, Victoria, Vanessa, Teressa, Destinee & Alexandria. He is the adored Grandpa and Poppy to Scarlett Rose, Tristen, Giselle Angelina, Jake, Nathan, Tyler, Zac, Samaya, Aubrey, Tayden and Madalynne; and cherished brother of Ronnie, Russell, Michael, Jeffery, John, Jerry and Jennifer.

Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Friday, December 16th, from 2:00 – 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:30 p.m. During the evening hours, the Funeral Service will be conducted by Brother Butler of the Amityville congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Cremation is private.
