Williams, Albert Eugene Born on July 25, 1932, passed away on July 2, 2018, of cancer. He is survived by his wife, Nina, and his son, Ricky. Also surviving are his son-in-law, Dan Goodenough, five grandchildren - Candace Davis, Samantha Norris, Ashley, Coty, and Daniel Goodenough, and six great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his daughter, Patty Goodenough, his parents Earnest & Carlye Shelby Williams, and 3 sisters - Frances Sandlin, Imogene Terry, and Earnesteen Williams. Albert owned and operated Williams Office Products for over 30 years. The company was eventually sold in 2012 and he retired. He had begun his career in office products as a very young man making deliveries in Dallas (on a bicycle) and later working as a salesman for his company. Albert was a 50-year member and past Master of James A. Smith Masonic Lodge, Past Patron of Eastern Star, and served in the Army. Even after the onset of cancer and dementia - and even up to his last day - he never lost his sense of humor and was always ready with a quick retort. He will be deeply missed by all of his family and friends.

Gene was a wonderful man. He taught me what a good grandfather, husband and father should be. He was my father in law and my other Dad for almost 43 years. He told me that even though I'd divorced his son I couldn't divorce the family. He always showed me love and acceptance. He was one of the kindest man I ever met. He could be firm, but kind. He was a amazing grandfather to my children. I will miss knowing that he is in this world. I still love him and his wife, Nina. My prayers for him and the family. God bless
