I have so many childhood memories of Betty. She was such a patient, loving, and thoughtful person - fun and warm. I remember her teaching me songs, cooking some great meals, and doing a few craft projects. She was really organized and efficient and was never ruffled or upset by inconveniences or stress. I am so glad she was part of my early life and pray for love and peace for all her family.

Such a beautiful gracious lady with a fun sense of humor. She loved her LORD JESUS CHRIST and sharing that love with others.

Thank you for sharing the wonderful pictures of Betty and her family and friends.

God bless you all, and give you His peace and comfort.

Love, Arlyne

Betty was one of my favorite friends of more than 40 years. She was a true Christian, loved the Lord and wanted others to know Him too.
She save me from a life of depression. She was "my ladder out of the pit"
Because of her my life changed for the better. I have always been great full for her friendship. I will miss her.

I was raised near the Bartmess family in the 1950's. I did not know Betty, our paths may have crossed in my early years. She is certainly someone I wish I had met and known personally from everything I have read about this sweet lady. I know she was loved by her close friends & family and will be missed by all that knew her.

Betty will be one of God's most elegant angels. One of the first things she will ask him to see is his shoes. Karla, Kim, Bob, Kelly, Katy you will miss her but know we are only here for a blink of an eye and you will be with her again. I can see her now telling God which rooms she wants for each of you. I love you guys.
