Billy Gene Knox, age 88, of Carrollton, Texas passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2023. He was born in Lubbock, Texas on January 17, 1935. Billy graduated from Three Way High School in Texas. He was married to Peggy Knox on June 12, 1954. Billy had a career in law enforcement for Lubbock, Texas Police Department. Billy had loved to gardening read cowboy novels and making people laugh, he also loved collecting stray pets. He is survived by his wife Peggy Knox, daughter Karen Shue, son in law Paul Shue and granddaughter Lindsay Shue.
