Blake Phillip Shelton was born on August, 22, 1992 in Bedford, Texas. Blake went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on May, 22, 2020, age 27, in his hometown of Coppell, Texas. Blake was a lifetime Coppell resident. He attended Coppell Bible Fellowship during his childhood and accepted Christ at 9 years of age. During his youth he enjoyed playing baseball and spending as much time with his friends as he could. He graduated from Coppell High School in 2011 at the top of his class. Blake, you truly had a personality that will never be forgotten. I was so happy we got to FaceTime with my cousin not too long ago. And I’m happy to know you’re at peace smiling down at all of us now. Fly high.

Blake, you were one of my sons very first friends. You, Alyssa, and your Mom and Dad were one of our first Church Family friends...I will never forget your laughing sparkling eyes, yes, they actually sparkled. You were, without a doubt, one of the funniest “little kids” I’ve ever known....witty beyond your years! I truly feel your absence, you were rare. RIP sweetie

Blake I loved you as a brother, and I will always cherish the memories we have shared together. Riding bikes around red cedar way with a video camera to tape some of our adventures has a special place in my heart. “Nog”, was our favorite inside joke word, and I will continue to say it! I love you dearly buddy, Rest In Peace.
