Cheryl Lynne Carpenter, 62, of Coppell passed away at her home on Monday, October 24, 2016. She was born on November 5, 1953 in Albuquerque, NM, the daughter of Leroy and Wilma June (Russell) Stucker. Cheryl was a loving mother and wife who enjoyed family, especially her granddaughters. Before moving to Coppell in 1998, she lived in San Antonio. She attended Judson Senior High School in Converse, TX and graduated class of 1971. She will be missed dearly and always be remembered.
She is survived by her loving husband of 16 years, Jae C. Carpenter; son, Justin (Leah) Johnson; granddaughters, Ava Grace and Harper Lee Johnson; and sister-in-law, Ann Harcourt. She was preceded in death by her father, Leroy Stucker; mother, Wilma June Stucker; brother, Ronnie Stucker; and numerous beloved pets.
A celebration of her life will be held at Rolling Oaks Funeral Home, Coppell Chapel on Friday, October 28, 2016 at 2:00 pm.
