Sharon-
I'm very sorry to hear of Dale's passing. He was one of the first friends I made when we were living in Harper Hall at UNL. I was always glad to hear from him through the years - about what the two of you were doing and the wonderful trips the two of you took! I will miss him. He was a special friend. May God watch over you during this difficult time.

Dale- I'm wishing we had some time together to talk about Husker football and about our lives. Thank you for being so welcoming to this East Coast guy and showing me how wonderful Nebraskans are! May God welcome you with open arms!

When I was pregnant with my oldest child, we asked him if he wanted a baby brother or baby sister. He said he wanted a snake baby! Not long after, Payton received a package from Dale. A huge gummy snake! 😂 Dale was always so thoughtful and kind. He will be truly missed.
