He was born in Knox City, TX to Daniel and Hannah Chambers St. Clair. His dad and uncle were cotton farmers.
David was proud to be a native Texan and graduated from the University of Texas, Austin where he met his wife of 62 years, Jackie.
His entire career was with Exxon/Mobil in many places throughout the United States.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Dick & Vivian Franz.
He is survived by his wife, Jackie and sons, David Jr. and Todd St. Clair. Also surviving are two nephews Bryan and Koun Franz and Koun’s wife Tracy and children Cormac and Norah.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 7th, at Rolling Oaks Funeral Home in Coppell, TX (400 Freeport Pkwy Coppell, TX 75019). Visitation will be at 10:30 am and the service will begin at 11 am. A lite lunch will be served afterwards. In lieu of flowers please donate in David’s name to St. Jude’s or Scottish Rite Children Hospitals.
