Hong Lay

Hong Eng Lay, 68, of Athens, Texas, passed away September 16, 2022. Hong was born in Cambodia on January 6, 1954. She was married to Sam Leang and she owned her own donut shop Donut Supreme, in Athens, Texas. Hong loved to cook, tending to her garden, and spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed.

Hong is survived by her husband, Sam; mother, Hour Khatna Eng Lay; children, Sotheara (Vannary) Leang and Sothea (Alice) Leang; grandchildren, William, Collin, Riley and Benjamin; one brother; and five sisters.
