Mary Alexander

Mrs. Mary. Alexander was born on May 28th, 1944, and was the first daughter to Late Mr. C P Pothen and Late Mrs. Saramma Thomas, Kottayam, Kerala, India. She was known as Grace to all her dear and near ones.

She was the pillar of strength to her family and was a loving mother to Jeffry Alexander and Jerry Alexander. She was the COOL GRANDMA to his Grandson Allan Jeffry and Granddaughter Jerusha Jerry.

Family was always her priority and indeed the pillar of strength to her family. She trusted God as the source of her Joy.

In her early years, she had studied General Nursing in Kolar, India and then was in Bangalore, India working for Indian Telephones Industries as a Head On deputation from the Indian Government, she worked in Iran for a couple of years. She came to the US in Sept 1992 and retired as a Registered Nurse in the US.

She was very outspoken, daring & strong-willed. She was the nucleus of her family and laid the path for her legacy to do well in society. There was a vacuum in her life after the demise of her partner, friend and husband of 53 years and it reflected on her health.

She had fought ill health for the last 18 months and was called to the Eternal Home on June 29th, 2023.

She will be missed and will live in our hearts forever.
